CSA Week 16 – Potatoes & Leeks

Feeling soup-ish? We’ve got you covered this week with two versions of a fall favorite: potato leek soup.

Smooth or chunky – your choice. It’s a texture thing 🙂

Either of these can be elevated with some  crispy chopped bacon on top – just saying!
