Farm Stand Tuesday 4-7pm

20150710_074914Peppers (sweet and hot) and chard have arrived – as has our summer, evidently! In addition, this week we are harvesting parsley, pac choi, turnips, scallions, zucchini, cabbage, beets, peas, kale, basil, lettuce and broccoli. Need a new idea for basil? I finally got around to trying this Green Goddess Chicken recipe that uses basil and scallions – it turned out beautifully bronzed and yummy!
